Shipping policy

We ship daily Monday through Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do provide tracking information via email.

Although we will do all we can to help with shipping and delivery problems, we cannot take full responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the mail carrier unless a clear error was made on our part. Any issues with your shipment need to be brought to our attention within 10 days of the expected delivery date. In the very rare case that a package is completely lost, we will file a claim with the postal carrier and in the majority of cases we will reship the products at our discretion. 

Undeliverable Shipment Policy:
If a package is returned to us because of a problem with the address, we will refund the full price of the products purchased minus whatever we paid for shipping. You will be notified if we receive your undelivered package.Â
